Following the completion of this course, trainees should be able to train other users how to safely assemble, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the Warrior lite Blood and IV Fluid Warmer. The course is composed of 2 main parts: ~90 minutes virtual meeting in which trainees will be provided with deeper insight regarding the Warrior lite, followed by an extensive 58 questions (~60 minutes) competency quiz that covers the key aspects of the Warrior lite device.
Prerequisite
This course is open for QinFlow customers (direct customers or customers of any of QinFlow’s trade partners) and end users. In addition, trainees shall complete the following prerequisites:
- Warrior lite online in-service training
- Review of the Instructions For Use (IFU)
- Hands-on practice
Course Syllabus
Lesson 1: Warrior lite Train-the Trainer Virtual Session (~90 minutes)
Review of the key aspects of the Warrior lite device, including
- General: product specifications and components’ overview
- Operating the Warrior lite: assembly for use and operation guidelines
- System messages and troubleshooting: LED messages and troubleshooting steps
- After Using the Warrior lite: cleaning, battery charging, maintenance, and support
- QinFlow Resources: Opening support tickets, RMA process, training drive, and more
The lesson reinforces previous training yet focuses on how to address various field encounters and possible user errors that may lead to suboptimal warming performance. It explains several considerations related to operating the device in tandem with intermittent flow infusion devices. To a large extent, the lesson is interactive, and trainees are encouraged to actively participate. The lesson, together with the IFU and the in-service training, should prepare trainees for the subsequent competency test.
Final Step: Competency Test
Following the completion of the lesson, trainees need to take the competency quiz. This is a fairly extensive exercise that includes 58 questions (of which, 55 questions are graded). To pass the test, trainees must correctly answer at least 80% of the questions.

If the success criterion is met, a completion certificate will be available for download.
