Armed forces have diverse operational requirements: treatment at point of injury (POI), ground and air transport platforms, far-forward surgery teams, and field hospitals, to name just a few. The Warrior EXTREME and Warrior lite lines provide optimal configurations for each setting. For example, the Warrior lite enhances the capabilities of agile rescue teams with space and weight restrictions, while the Warrior lite with Extra Power Battery or the Warrior EXTREME provide ample portable power for demanding transport missions. Additionally, the Warrior EXTREME Hybrid and Warrior lite Hybrid furnish far-forward surgery teams and field hospitals with versatile capabilities once reserved for trauma centers.
The common denominator for all configurations is the Compact Disposable Unit (CDU), which moves with the patient from one care setting to the next. This simplifies patient handoffs between settings, reduces overall costs by requiring fewer CDUs, and optimizes blood delivery by allowing caregivers to completely exhaust the blood bag. In all settings, each Warrior configuration offers significantly higher delivery rates and considerably lower per-use costs compared with any other modern battery- and AC-operated portable in-line solutions for warming fluids, blood, and blood components*.
Furthermore, the Warrior configurations are better designed to handle accelerated bolus flows generated through rapid push-pull resuscitation methods, in-line hand-operated pumps, manual pressure, or other flow-enhancing devices such as LifeFlow™, to name just a few. In addition, where applicable, the Warrior configurations adhere to the highest Safe to Fly and airworthiness requirements. The Warrior lite can be operated with night vision goggles and does not generate any noise.
Finally, when conflicts arise, the ability to ramp up production quickly is paramount. Our CDU is designed for manufacturability, enabling fast production ramp-up. These capabilities position the Warrior configurations as the ideal solution for the Armed Forces, ensuring that all fluids, blood, and blood components are delivered at normothermic temperatures.

Its high performance, compact form factor, and light weight make the battery-operated Warrior lite an optimal configuration for agile rescue teams with space and weight restrictions, demanding transports missions, far-forward surgery teams, and field hospitals with versatile capabilities once reserved for trauma centers.
The Warrior lite offers two battery options for optimal operational fit. The large (aka “Extra Power”) battery can warm up to 6 cold-stored whole blood units while the small (aka “lite”) battery can deliver approximately half of this capacity. Both batteries can keep up with a rate of less than 3 minutes for cold-stored whole blood unit. The weight difference between these 2 Warrior lite configurations is ~300g (~800g vs. ~1.1kg).
The Warrior lite meets all Safe-To-Fly requirements.
The Warrior lite utilizes the same consumable that is used by all other Warrior configurations; thus, facilitating an effective continuum of care implementation.

The Warrior lite AC is a high performance yet compact and simple-to-operate warming solution for fluids, blood, and blood components for surgical suites and intensive care units.
If portability is required, the Warrior lite AC configuration can be easily transitioned to the Warrior Hybrid configuration by simply adding a battery.
The Warrior lite AC utilizes the same consumable that is used by all other Warrior configurations; thus, facilitating an effective continuum of care implementation.
The Warrior lite Hybrid configuration combines the advantages of the Warrior lite and Warrior lite AC with the ease of simply selecting the best configuration for the task (i.e., the battery-operated Warrior lite configuration for optimal portability or the Warrior lite AC for limitless power supply).
The Warrior lite Hybrid utilizes the same consumable that is used by all other Warrior configurations; thus, facilitating an effective continuum of care implementation.
With its unmatched performance — up to 6 cold-stored whole blood units
delivered at less than 3 minutes each — the battery-operated Warrior/Warrior EXTREME is an ideal blood or fluid warming solution for mid- to long-haul pre-hospital transports, inter-facility transports, and a hospital’s emergency department, where simplicity and portability are critical attributes. The Warrior’s high-performance level makes a huge difference in environments in which rapid bolus flows are applied in an intermittent fashion by push-pull or hand pump resuscitation methods.
The Warrior EXTREME is the ruggedized version of the Warrior Base Unit, for harsh (combat) operating environments. The performance of both devices is identical. The key differences are in the compliance framework. More specifically, the Warrior EXTREME complies with MIL-STD 461G RE102 and RS103 and is certified for higher Ingress Protection (IP) rating (IP56).
The Warrior and Warrior EXTREME share the same accessories. They also utilize the same consumable used by all other Warrior models; thus, facilitating an effective continuum of care implementation.

The Warrior EXTREME AC Station is a top-performance and simple-to-operate warming solution for fluids, blood, and blood components for surgical suites and intensive care units.
This Warrior EXTREME AC Station configuration is intended to operate with AC power source only. Therefore, it is ~30% smaller and lighter than the Warrior AC (or Warrior EXTREME AC) configuration, that was designed to operate with a battery as well.
The Warrior AC Station utilizes the same disposable unit that is used by all other Warrior configurations; thus, facilitating a continuum of care implementation.
As the name implies, the Warrior EXTREME Hybrid provides both battery and AC-operated configurations to effectively achieve warming of fluids, blood, and blood components in demanding environments. This makes it an ideal solution for emergency departments, trauma units, and integrated healthcare systems (i.e. combined prehospital & in-hospital emergency teams operating under the same roof). The Warrior EXTREME Hybrid features non-compromising warming performance, simplicity of operation, and seamless transition between AC and battery-operated modes.
The Warrior EXTREME Hybrid model combines the advantages of the Warrior EXTREME and the Warrior EXTREME AC models with the ease of simply selecting the best configuration for the task (i.e., the battery-operated Warrior EXTREME configuration for optimal portability or the Warrior EXTREME AC for limitless power supply).
The Warrior EXTREME Hybrid utilizes the same consumable used by all other Warrior models; thus, facilitating an effective continuum of care implementation.
“The Warrior provides the best warming performance at high infusion rates, as well as low input temperatures, and was able to warm the largest volumes in these conditions.”
Thermal management is a key component in the survivability rates of trauma patients. Our mission is to completely eliminate the challenges of warming blood and IV fluid from the entire continuum of emergency care so that emergency care professionals will be able to focus on what they do best- saving lives.
