QinFlow Introduced Multiple Product Improvements* in the Past 6 Months

  • Enhanced Battery. We introduced the enhanced capacity battery which provides up to 3 liters at 4°C / 39°F fluid input temperature and up to 5 liters at 20°C / 68°F fluid input temperature (about double the capacity of the standard battery).
  • Pole Mounting Unit. We introduced Pole Mounting accessory to connect the Warrior to a pole, stretcher, or rail.
  • Declared Flow Rates. Per specific EMS end user’s request, we re-benchmarked the flow rates that the Warrior supports. We reconfirmed that at 4°C / 39°F fluid input temperature the Warrior can support flow rates of 200 ml/min and that it will take it up to 11 seconds to reach the target temperature. We also concluded that at 20°C / 68°F fluid input temperature the Warrior can support flow rates of 500 ml/min** and that it will take it 15 seconds to reach the target temperature.
  • Storage. Per requirements stemming from an army tender, we tested and validated that the product supports storage of -30°C to 70°C / -22°F to 158°F.
  • Normal Operation after Storage. Per requirements stemming from an army tender, we tested and validated that the product operates at -5°C to 40°C / 23°F to 104°F, after storage at an extremely cold temperature of -30°C / -22°F.
  • Altitude / Pressure. Per requirements stemming from an army tender, we tested and validated that the product operates at 15,000 ft. The tests were done in accordance with IEC 60601-1-11:2010, Clause 4.2.2c. The Warrior successfully performed at 15,000 ft / 549 hPa.
  • Ambulance Standard. We completed compatibility tests for EN 1789:2007+A2:2014 for ambulances.
